Who We Are TNTP Teaching Fellows programs prepare individuals without teaching certification to become exceptional teachers for students who historically, have been denied educational opportunities they deserve because of systemic racism and educational inequity. We train teachers who believe all students can succeed and see every lesson as an opportunity to inspire. No prior teaching experience is required. Where You Will Teach We partner with schools in three cities where demand is high for great teachers. TNTP Teaching Fellows choose where they want to teach.
