Insurance/Underwriting Graduate
Salary: $63,000 USD Plus 7.5% Target bonus

Aspen is an innovator in the management of complex risks on behalf of our clients and as an Underwriting Graduate you will have the opportunity to gain experience in some of the most specialist lines of business in Insurance. While on the graduate scheme you will carry out rotations which will give you the opportunity to gain an understanding of different lines of business, build key relationships and build your knowledge around the type of risks we write.
What will I do? In the role you will quickly gain exposure to Brokers and Clients so excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build enduring relationships are vital. You will be focused and, with experience, will be able to accept or decline risks on behalf of Aspen. In the US you will work towards the Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) or related designation.
What are we looking for? We are open to graduates who are interested insurance and open to degree subjects, however you should be on track to achieve a PA of 3.0 or above.
