Summer Human Resources Internship – 10 weeks, Paid
As an Intern you will have the opportunity to learn the daily operations of our corporate office, and gain valuable insight on how we help all functions and employees throughout our organization. During the 10 week, paid internship, the Intern will interact with team members and leaders to gain real-world experience, learning our processes and improving our efficiencies while expanding on the core concepts introduced throughout your college courses.
Essential Functions/Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning and roll out of annual performance evaluations by producing and evaluating reports from the HR information system
- Support Field HR by answering basic questions from employees related to performance evaluations
- Analyze data such as exit and employee engagement surveys and demographic reports to provide a narrative about talent development within the organization
- Generate innovative ideas for building a bench of diverse talent
- Help leads throughout the company understand talent development and management
- Work on progressing and applying diversity and inclusion initiatives to all areas of talent
- Build relationship with a Mentor
- Participate in weekly department job shadows with group of Interns
- Provide feedback on their experience

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in Human Resources program at an accredited university
- Proficient using Microsoft Excel
- Availability to work June 7th to August 13th
