The (PRA) will assist with quantitative studies in health economics related to healthcare and financial security among older Americans. Responsibilities include working with large and complex datasets using Stata and other statistical software, conducting literature reviews, and assisting with data analysis and manuscript development. The position is ideal for recent graduates planning to pursue a PhD in economics, public policy, or related fields. This position will be based in the Department of Health Systems, Management & Policy, a unit dedicated to using data to understand the implications of decisions in public health and healthcare. We solve the problems of healthcare systems by designing and testing solutions that push policies forward. Faculty are currently involved in a broad range of research areas including health outcomes, health economics, Medicaid/Medicare, drug safety and risk management, and vaccine delivery.
