Using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, the ABA instructor provides individual and small group instruction, and the 1:1 ABA Assistant provides academic and behavioral support to individual students. Primary responsibilities for these positions include ongoing implementation of the Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) and the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and consistently and accurately recording, monitoring, and analyzing student data.
