How We Train You:
College of Ferguson: Invest in your personal career development in our entry-level Outside Sales Training Program. You will spend your first 3 months, participating in hands-on and virtual training, with a focus on sales process, product knowledge, and related topics. Upon successful completion of the College of Ferguson, you will work within your assigned territory as an Outside Sales Representative.
What Happens After Training:
As an Outside Sales Representative, your focus will be on business development including cold-calling and prospecting. To do so, you will provide exceptional customer service for existing and prospective customers. You will also be prepared to perform multiple sales functions including developing and maintaining customer relationships and meeting sales goals.
What You Need to Succeed:
· A desire to learn with a drive to succeed
· An understanding of the value of a long-lasting relationship, delivering to both the business and our customers
· Passion for teamwork and community investment
· An interest in building a relationship-based client list from the ground-up in our Facilities Supply business
