Position Details
supporting numerous tasks with in the incident command system at
the direction of various section, branch, group, units, task forces or
strike teams managers. Generalized work may include, but is not
limited to, data input, registration activities, warehouse support,
transportation, crowd flow management, support to clients with special
needs, Triage/screening, set up/tear down of testing sites and, other
duties as assigned.
Duties & Responsibilities
Input data regarding test/vaccination scheduling into various systems
or software Assist clients with the registration at testing or vaccination
site Triage/Screen clients at vaccination clinics Support testing and
vaccination sites by loading, unloading and moving supplies such as
PPE, testing or vaccination supplies (does not include vaccine)
Maintaining and providing inventories of equipment/supplies at testing
and vaccination sites Transporting equipment and supplies to and
from testing and vaccination sites Assisting in efforts to keep lines safe
and moving at testing and vaccination sites Assist in answering
frequently asked questions of clients at testing or vaccination clinics
Assist clients with mobility, cognitive, sight, hearing or other special
needs Load/unload equipment and supplies at testing/vaccination
clinics Set up/tear down equipment including tents, tables, chairs, etc.
at testing sites Monitor lines for for through-puts Other duties as
assigned
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Basic computer skill including keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel,
etc. Ablility to lift 50 pounds Can wear Personal Protective Equipment
including face covering or N95 respirator
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
1.Must be able to Lift a Minimum of 50 lbs
2. Must have a Valid Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications
High school Diploma or GED Experience interacting with the public
Experience in logistics Experience in data input
Condition of Employment
The selected candidate will be pre-employment required to obtain, at
their own expense, 3 forms of clearance, including PA State Police
Criminal History Record Check; PA Child Abuse History; and FBI
Criminal History Background Check including finger printing. This preemployment requirement applies to all County employees exercising
their bumping rights. Ability to obtain transportation to perform job
duties on a daily basis is required.
