The City of El Dorado is accepting applications for a full-time Patrol Officer. We are a highly progressive and professional agency that provides dedicated service to the City and Citizens of El Dorado. We protect the rights of all persons within our jurisdiction to be free from criminal attack, to be secure in their possessions, and to live in peace. Applicants must be US Citizens and 21 years of age on the date of application. All applicants must possess the minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants can not have any prior felony convictions, felony or misdemeanor domestic violence convictions, or convictions of crimes of dishonesty.
