CTP provides educationally based behavior services for students with individualized needs. We specialize in providing treatment to learners who are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Specific Learning Disability, Intellectual Disability, Down Syndrome, and others, as well as learners with no diagnosis but who require assistance.

Connecting the Pieces, is looking for:

Service Coordinator

• Staffing and scheduling specialists given referrals
• Process cases from existing clients and referral sources
• Document all service issues and exceptions
• Communicate with staff as well as outside service providers key information to provide superior service to both clients and schools
• Manage & maintain employee and contractor schedules and availability
• Provide exceptional customer service to staff and clients
• Proactively resolve problems and issues
• Assist in the referral life cycle
• Assist the student services and billing teams
• Ensure strong employee and contractor relationships

• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• High School Diploma
• Ability to build good relationships with support team
• Collaborative mentality
• Experience in MS Applications and related systems
• Previous experience in a coordination position preferred
• Able to prioritize and multi-task
