This program is for recent MBA graduates or Spring 2021 MBA graduates. We are unable to consider candidates who are not currently permanent residents.

Individuals in the program will gain experience accelerating leadership and business development skills cross-functionally and across the enterprise through rotational assignments, providing a well-rounded view of the Enterprise.

The GMLDP Manager will be in the program for 2 years with three rotations, each lasting approximately eight months. While in the program, GMLDP Managers will gain insight into the customer and business cycle. Also, you will

Roles will be robust and strategic to ensure the opportunity to enhance your business and leadership capabilities. Throughout the two-years, GMLDP Manager’s will rotate into three of the different areas:

• Claims

• Customer / Sales

• Business Development

• Finance

• Marketing

• Product Lines

• General Management

• Strategy

• Technology

Qualifications:

• Obtained MBA or equivalent degree upon start of program

• A minimum of 3 years of professional work experience

• Exhibited leadership and excellence in professional, academic and/or extracurricular experiences

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Strong problem-solving abilities and intellectual curiosity

• Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to interact with and influence employees at all levels

• Strong digital and business analytics
