This position is responsible for coordinating and executing the company’s social media
strategy; working across key social media channels including but not limited to Youtube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. This role offers the intern a total immersion into a busy digital recruitment business and the successful candidate will work closely with key members of staff, external social media consultants, and the agency’s clients and candidates to learn about social media, digital communications and marketing in a business to business environment. This role will be instrumental in increasing our social media presence and gaining visibility for our brand among clients and candidates. This will be done by video recording sessions and any other A&K related events. This position is responsible for researching the social media accounts of current leaders to benchmark our social media presence in accordance to others. Measures of success will include growth in followers and social media hits, personal knowledge of the game, improvement in photography and videography, and positive feedback from clients. It should be a personal goal to see improvement in the targeted areas that coincide with strategies, philosophies, and programming from A&K Skill Development.
