Carlow University

  • Available from May 23 – August 2, 2020
  • Air-conditioned single furnished room with a microwave/refrigerator combination and access to kitchen in residence hall. Use of new athletic fitness center and parking included at no additional cost.
  • Rate of $200 per week
  • A security deposit of $250 is required to hold your room. It will be deducted from your total amount due
  • Cost must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to start

Carnegie Mellon University Webster Apartments 

  • Available from May 25, 2020 – August 8, 2020.
  • Residents have their own kitchens and bathrooms as a part of the apartment style living. All utility costs are included in the nightly rate. The many amenities available include a 24-hour secured, air-conditioned and fully furnished apartment, free Wi-Fi, and on-site laundry ($40 per month laundry card provided at no additional cost). Parking accommodations must be arranged separately and may cost extra.
  • Double occupancy in a double room (2 people per room) $42.00 (per person/per night)
  • Single occupancy in a double room (1 person per room) $57.00 (per person/per night)
  • The entire cost of your length of stay must be paid in full at time of registration.

Point Park University Boulevard Apartments

  • Available May 10, 2020 through August 2, 2020
  • 2 and 3 bedroom full furnished air conditioned apartments with a private bathroom for each bedroom and a full kitchen as well as free laundry facilities on each floor
  • Monthly rates of one person per bedroom: $900 or two people per bedroom: $450
