Edinboro Students Get a Taste of the Fermentation Industry at Erie Brewing

A group of Edinboro chemistry students recently toured the Erie Brewing Company facilities to learn more about the process of brewing beer and running a large-scale brew facility and pub. Accompanied by several professors from the Chemistry department and staff from the Career Center and Advancement, the students were led through the entire facility to see how hops and wheat become bottles of beer. Students over the age of 21 were even able to sample some of the craft brews made in the facility.
